Year 10 → Year 11 Transition (English, Maths & Science)

All sessions are held in-person at our Maidstone centre: 73 College Road, Maidstone, ME15 6TF.

This focused Autumn booster programme is aimed at students preparing for their GCSEs, especially those entering Year 11 or concluding Year 10. It is ideal for students who already receive tuition elsewhere, as well as those who want a stand-alone boost. Over the weekly sessions students will be supported by subject-specialist tutors in English (Language & Literature), Mathematics, and Science, gaining clarity on exam demands, receiving personalised support on their current knowledge and development areas, and acquiring strategies to make the most of their study time.

Delivered by qualified, subject-specialist tutors familiar with a broad range of exam boards (AQA, Edexcel, OCR).

An overview of each curriculum area: English (Language & Literature), Mathematics, Science.
Understanding the assessment formats, mark-schemes and what exam boards expect.
Assessment of existing skills with identification of development targets.
Study skills and strategies for exam success: time-management, revision techniques, addressing common mistakes.
Multiple authentic GCSE style tasks in a personalised, small-group environment, supported in real time.
